I had my tv debut on the Dutch tv program Nieuwsuur. We discussed the impact of the import tariffs announced by Trump from our own perspective.
In our case brands with a strong footprint in the US will now focus more on offering their products in Europe. Many brands will do that, meaning that there will be a wider product offering in Europe than ever before. Before there was less urgency for these brands to differentiate to multiple countries. China has its Chinese dream. I have been fortunate to be chasing and living my China dream since 2007. Together with 6 other Dutch entrepreneurs we had the chance to share our Chinese dream in a well-known Dutch magazine EW for their Christmas special edition.
