I am a proud family man, world traveler, business mentor, entrepreneur, and public speaker.

I have travelled to over 35 countries, but my favorite is China. I first visited China in 2005 and found it incredibly hard to leave--so, I didn't. After completing my master's degree in Business Economics, I made it my mission to work and life in China. It was not an easy road, but since 2011 I was able to call it my home for a period of 10 years. In that time, I became enamored not only with the culture, but also with the incredible business opportunities. Everyone was chasing a better future for themselves and their loved ones. That spark became the fire that I needed to shift my way of thinking. 
 

During my time in Shanghai I helped Western and Chinese companies grow into multi-million dollar businesses. I worked firsthand with sourcing and shipping from and to China, specifically on behalf of Dutch brands. Of course some failed and some succeeded.

0 to 1 is an exciting hustle to be part of. It is fun, challenging, confronting and at some times even a bit painful. I now work with a Chinese fulfillment company, EcommOps. They help DTC brands reach their full potential by providing China fulfillment solutions and e-commerce consulting.

Every business is limited by the skills of the individuals running the business. I have been able to help tens of companies and business owners over the years to recognize and maximize their potential.

The pillars for success are mindset, proximity, and awareness. These have been the core foundations of my success in building multi-million dollar businesses as well as expansive projects related to China. I've worked specifically with individuals in Cross-border Trade, Logistics and E-commerce.

​My journey has been rollercoaster such as any entrepreneur will experience. To fully enjoy a rollercoaster is to accept and enjoy the journey. We are always progressing, never arriving at just one destination. To be able to reach this mindset takes years of practice.​

Besides scaling a business and speaker I act as a mentor to multiple business owners. Each dream starts with actions, but these actions must be properly executed. My newly built mentorship program is built to find your path, De Raadt Way.
