We are all doing the best we can, but still it feels like we are never reaching our full potential. Obviously your surroundings are of influence, but also your selftalk and selfcare. I'm here to help you find the best version of your business, your team and yourself.

Every business is limited by the skills of the individuals running the business. I have helped tens of companies and business owners over the years to recognize and maximize their potential. These have grown from zero into 7 and 8 and 9 figure business, but above all it has created the leaders of the future. Leaders that care about the journey and appreciate the people that support them to get there.

To me the pillars of success are mindset, proximity, and awareness. These have been the core foundations of my success in building multi-million dollar businesses as well as expansive projects related to China. During the past 15 years I worked specifically within Cross-border Trade, Logistics and E-commerce.

My journey has been a rollercoaster such as any entrepreneur will experience. To fully enjoy a rollercoaster is to accept and enjoy the journey. We are always progressing, never arriving at just one destination. To be able to reach this mindset it took me years of practice, but this doesn't have to be yours as well. There are short cuts which starts with working on yourself.

Over the years have co-authored 2 books:

1. The Digital Transformation of Logistics (2021)

More and more technology is used within Logistics. Multiple areas are covered in various chapters. This book is part of a PHD research that I wrote a chapter in.

Together with 7 other Logistics professionals we share our journey from childhood to where we are today. For aspiring leaders a great way to get hands-on advise and experience to gain short cuts to your personal success.
